Wusik OS is a musical operational system for the Raspberry Pi 5 boards (could also work on Pi 4 boards) with near-zero latency in mind. See the image above for the board details, or visit the following link: https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-...
The OS won't use Linux, instead, it uses Bare Metal code from the Circle library below for near-zero latency audio:
https://github.com/rsta2/circle/
The Circle library was also used in another similar project called MiniDexed, an FM Synth that also runs with Bare Metal code and latency is down to 3 ms, showing that low latency can be achieved with the Circle library. Check the FM synth project below:

This is a pre-order, as I'm still working on the project details. By purchasing you will receive the software later on, when released. You still need to purchase the hardware below. Support the project by PreOrdering so I can purchase the required Hardware for Wusik OS to run:
Wusik OS will come with its own multi-track sequencer and a sample-based synth, based on Wusik Station. There will be plugin support but it will be a new format, most likely to be script based. The interface will be large based on the 7" monitor with extra buttons for easy access.
Please, Pre-Order today so I can acquire the required hardware and release earlier betas.
The ETA for the whole project is late 2025. With earlier beta versions out by July 1st.

"I'm William Kalfelz - aka Wusik - and I started this project several years ago (2001 to be more exact). Wusik Station (now in version 10 - Wusik Station X) is a fantastic synth and my leading product. Wusik 8008, my second major release, is a sample playback modular synth featuring an easy-to-use interface.
